Daffodil

Campernelles: An N x Odorus old species from Aiken home place. Only a few mixed with others from same home place. Will have more in the spring. Tall reed-like foliage, blossoms at top of leaves. One-two blooms per stalk in a beautiful clear golden color. Sun, early spring, multiplies well. Ship Aug.-Oct........$ 1.75

Carlton: Beautiful large yellow petalled, gold cupped daffodil that blooms in the top of the foliage. Fragrant blossoms in spring, plant in well draining soil in sun or partial shade. Good multiplier. Ship Aug.-Oct.......... $ 2.00 per bulb

Psuedonarcissus (Lent Lily): Another long blooming heirloom daffodil that is easy to grow and bloom. Yellow petals surround a deeper yellow ,long trumpet on short stemmed , blue-green foliage , 10-12" tall. Plant full sun to partial shade, well draining soil. Sulphur Phoenix (Butter & Eggs):  Pre 1731 original heirloom stock from Bernice, La. It will grow in sun or shade. It has been growing in yard. No special flowerbed needed. It does seem to bloom better planted near trees or shrubs that will give it some shade. One of the best doubles for the south, does best in a shaded area. Beautiful double yellow spring blooms. Van Sion: Van Sion 1620 is one of the oldest doubles. True heirloom Stock from the old Brazil homestead. This one needs a little shade to get the best blooms. This is probably the best line of this old daffodil that I have ever seen anywhere. A true heirloom daffodil, is a short double that is loaded with petals in the center that sometimes has a hard time being able to open all the way. Prefers shade and blooms in the spring.... Ships Aug.-Oct....$ 2.50 per bulb
