Neomarica

Neomarica Caerulea "Regina": A member of the
iris family. Known also as the Giant Walking Iris, or The Apostle
Plant. Grows to at least 55", in moisture retaining soil, needs
partial shade, blooms late winter/early spring. Beautiful almost
Navy Blue flowers that repeat bloom on the same stalks for an
extended length of time, a month or more. Do not cut off where the
flowers bloomed, as more will emerge from those same places in a
week or so. This photo shows the plant in bud. Ship late

Neomarica Gracilis: A member of the Iris
family, also known as a walking iris. Short plant to 18-24", same
culture as the Reginas, moisture retaining soil, blooms later in
the summer months with blossoms of white , blue and brown streaks
toward the center of the petals. Beautiful little plant. Ship in th
fall Sept-Nov.........$ 7.00 per rhizome.

Trimezia Martininesis: A beautiful plant with
tall sword like leaves that if the plant didn't bloom, just the
foliage would be worth having in you garden. Small yellow flowers
that bud out like the Regina into a little triangular shape, then
opens up with the longer petals hanging down and the inner petals
curling up. Bloom only lasts for a day, but the plant keeps sending
more plantlets out on the same stalk until you have 5-8 more blooms
and the little plantlet on the stalk start falling over to the
ground, where they will take root. Blooms throughout the year. Worth
it's weight in gold for a garden accent! Can ship almost any
